This site is owned and operated by
Shan Pesaru/SGA Campus Services Committee and contains material which is derived in whole or
in part from material supplied by the OSCAR system. You may not
modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or
distribute in any way any material from this site including code
and software ("Material"). You may download Material from this
site for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you
notify the webmaster. You must be a Georgia Tech student such
that any trade you make will be with another Georgia Tech
student.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances, including,
but not limited to, negligence, shall Shan Pesaru, or SGA Campus
Services Committee be
liable to you for any damages of any kind (including, but not
limited to, compensatory damages, invalid sales, lost profits,
lost data or any form of special, incidental, indirect,
consequential or punitive damages whether based on breach of
contract or warranty, tort, product liability or otherwise) that
result from the use of, or the inability to use, this site or
the Materials. You specifically acknowledge and agree that GTOBT
is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct
of any user. If you are dissatisfied with any GTOBT material, or
with any of GTOBT terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive
remedy is to discontinue using GT Online Book Trade.
CHANGED TERMS
GTOBT reserves the right at its
discretion to change or modify these Terms and Conditions or to
impose new conditions at any time. Such changes, modifications,
additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon
notice thereof, which may be given by any lawful means
including, without limitation, posting of such changes on this
page.
OTHER
GTOBT is not affiliated with the Georgia Institute of
Technology Bookstore nor the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Use of the words Georgia Tech or GT does not imply affiliation
except that the operators of this site are enrolled at Georgia Tech
and would like to maintain a free service for the Institute's
students. You solely are liable for the consequences of
using this service. GTOBT is an intermediate service for
students to trade books and is not liable for any invalid sales.
As a user, your personal contact information is not publicly
available except in the event of a completed book trade where
both seller and buyer will be notified of each other's personal
contact information by email.
TERMINATION
This agreement is effective until
terminated by GTOBT, at any time without notice. In the event of
termination, you are no longer authorized to access the site and
the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this
agreement shall survive. |
